Cancel a purchase
Lemon Squeezy is the seller of your purchase.
ADVAITA OÜ builds and runs pdfmundo, but the purchase contract is with Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record. They take the payment, they issue the invoice, and they issue any refund.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel Pro Monthly or Pro Annual at any time, with effect from the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not affect any file you have already produced — those are on your own device, not with us.
The cancellation itself is made in Lemon Squeezy's customer portal, reached from the link on the receipt they emailed you when you paid. If you cannot find that link, write to [email protected] and we will send it to you.
2. Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days, without giving a reason and without penalty. That right runs against Lemon Squeezy, as the seller of the contract, and is exercised under their terms. We do not restrict it, waive it, or add conditions to it, and nothing on this site is intended to do so.
Any consent the law requires before a digital service begins — and any consequence that follows from giving it — is handled at Lemon Squeezy's checkout, not here.
3. If you would rather just write to us
You do not have to work out who is responsible before you ask. Write to [email protected] with a clear statement that you want to cancel or withdraw, and we will pass it to Lemon Squeezy and tell you plainly what we have done and to whom. You need no form, no reason and no particular wording, and you do not need your order ID — we can find the purchase from the email address you used.
This is a routing step for our convenience, not a condition on your rights. The fourteen days run from the contract, not from when we reply.
