Cancel a purchase
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days to change your mind.
You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to use any particular form of words. Email us and we will start the process for you.
1. Your right to withdraw
Purchases made on pdfmundo.com are distance contracts. Under Estonian consumer law, which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer may withdraw from such a purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty.
You do not need to justify the decision, and nothing on this page is a precondition. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.
2. How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement before the 14 days end, at [email protected].
Include your order ID if you have it — it appears on the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you when you paid. If you cannot find it, write to us anyway and we will locate the order from your email address. A missing order ID does not stop you withdrawing.
3. Who processes the refund
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and seller for your purchase, so the refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy rather than by ADVAITA OÜ directly. We pass your withdrawal to them and it is refunded to the payment method you used. This is a routing detail, not an extra step for you: you contact us, and we handle it from there.
4. A model statement, if you want one
You are not required to use this wording. Any unequivocal statement works — this is offered only to save you writing one.

5. How this relates to our refund policy
This statutory right sits alongside the refund terms in our Terms of Service. Where those terms are more generous to you than the statutory minimum, the more generous terms apply. Section 5 of the Terms also explains how the amount is calculated when you asked us to start providing the Service immediately.
