Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using pdfmundo at pdfmundo.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated by ADVAITA OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia under registry code 17568302, with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms apply to all users, including free users, paid subscribers, and visitors. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
2. Description of Service
pdfmundo is a browser-based PDF processing tool offering 29 utilities including compression, conversion, merging, splitting, editing, OCR, and form filling. All file processing occurs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No file data is transmitted to our servers.
3. License Grant
Free Tier
Free users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use pdfmundo for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the daily conversion limit and 50 MB file size cap.
Day Pass ($1.99)
Day Pass purchasers are granted a 24-hour limited license for unlimited conversions and 200 MB file size, including commercial use, expiring automatically after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Credits Pack ($4.99)
Credits purchasers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to perform 50 conversions with no expiration, files up to 200 MB, for both personal and commercial purposes.
Pro Monthly ($5.99/mo) and Pro Annual ($49/annual)
Pro subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for unlimited commercial use with no daily conversion cap within the applicable plan limits.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to circumvent daily conversion limits, file size limits, or any access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except where permitted by mandatory law for interoperability)
- Upload or process files containing malicious code, malware, or content depicting the exploitation of minors
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service
- Process files you do not have the legal right to process or distribute
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the HTML-to-PDF tool to embed phishing links or malicious external resources

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for Pro Monthly and Pro Annual on first purchase, provided fewer than 3 conversions have been made under the new billing period. Credits Pack refunds are available proportionally to unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once any conversion has been performed.
To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and seller for your purchase; it issues your invoice and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable VAT and other taxes. Prices shown may be exclusive of VAT and local taxes.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement before the 14 days end — for example by email to [email protected] — and we will refund you within 14 days of being informed. Because our paid plans give immediate access to the Service, if you expressly asked us to begin providing the Service at the time of purchase and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the Service already provided before you withdrew, in line with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU; if you have used the plan in full, that proportionate amount equals the price and no refund is due. This statutory right is additional to the refund terms above; where those terms are more favourable to you, they apply.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVAITA OÜ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTED FILES, FORMATTING ERRORS, OCR INACCURACIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS — EVEN IF ADVAITA OÜ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ADVAITA OÜ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR COMPATIBILITY OF ANY FILE PROCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL OUTPUT FILES BEFORE USE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADVAITA OÜ from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any files you process through the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The pdfmundo and ADVAITA OÜ names, logos, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of the Service operator. You retain all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership over your input or output files.
9. Copyright / DMCA
Since pdfmundo does not store or host user files, we do not host infringing content. If you believe our Service itself infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected].
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 6 (Liability), 7 (Indemnification), and 11 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; we aim to respond within 14 days and to resolve complaints directly. If we cannot resolve it and you are a consumer, you may refer the dispute, free of charge, to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, which handles disputes involving traders established in Estonia and issues a recommendation. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net) can also assist. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or of Estonia, and we will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. If you use the Service for purposes relating to a trade, business or profession, the courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction. None of this affects your right to bring a claim before a court.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
13. Force Majeure
ADVAITA OÜ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, CDN outages, or browser vendor policy changes that affect the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
