About Sign PDF
Sign PDF lets you add a visible signature to any PDF — type your name in a script font, draw your signature with your mouse or finger, or upload a PNG of an existing signature. Drop it on the page, drag it where you want, then apply. You can place several signatures across different pages in one pass — initials on every page plus a full signature on the last page is a single workflow, not three. Like every pdfmundo tool, the work happens entirely in your browser; your PDF never travels to a server. Note: this is a visible signature stamp, not a cryptographic / PKI digital signature.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I draw my signature?
- Yes. Switch to the Draw tab and use your mouse, finger, or stylus to draw a signature. Click Clear to start over. Your drawing is exported as a PNG and embedded in the PDF.
- Can I upload a scanned signature?
- Yes. Switch to the Upload tab and pick a PNG or JPEG of your signature (up to 5 MB). The same drag, position, rotation, and opacity controls apply.
- Can I sign more than one page?
- Yes — that's the killer feature. Place a signature, click Add another signature, navigate to a different page, place another. Each signature has its own page targeting (every page / first / last / current / custom range).
- Can I sign initials on every page and a full signature on the last page?
- Yes — place the initials with page targeting set to Every page, click Add another signature, switch input mode if needed, place the full signature with page targeting set to Last page only, then apply.
- Is this a legal digital signature?
- No. This adds a visible signature mark to the PDF — like signing a paper document. It does not include a cryptographic / PKI digital signature (X.509, AATL). For legally certified e-signatures, use a service like DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
- What's the maximum file size?
- 50 MB on the free tier. Larger files (up to 200 MB) are supported on Pro.
- Do I need an account?
- No. The tool is completely free to use without signing up.
